What we process on this website
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and has no forms. It only stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser (localStorage), which is not personal data. The hosting provider (Vercel) keeps ordinary technical logs, including the IP address, when serving a page. When you e-mail us, we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply.
Legal basis and retention
We process technical logs and reply to your message on the basis of legitimate interest — running and securing the website and handling your enquiry. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contractual relationship.
Customer content in the Contineo product
In a Contineo portal the controller is the organisation using it; LTK Solutions acts as its processor. Content is stored in a database in the EU, separately for each organisation. The language model receives only the question and the passages found; no public consumer AI is used. Where each part is processed is set out on the Security page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Send requests to office@contineo.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
